To enter the administration area click the ‘Admin’ button on the ‘Input Page’. You will then be asked to enter a password. If this is the first time, use the temporary password sent with the file.


The first two boxes allow the administrator to enter or delete the names of clinicians.

The next two boxes allow you to set a password and to enter the administrators email address. Be sure you enter this correctly as this cannot be changed.

Export and import Database allows you to export the list of entries aswell as the list of anaesthetists as a spreadsheet file in case of any updates to the main file. The import button, on the updated file, then imports this data back again.

Email Workbook can be used IF Microsoft Outlook is correctly configured on the computer and you have entered an email address. This will automatically email the whole workbook to the designated email address allowing the administrator to easily create and store backup files.
